Emergency Internal Flood at a Big Food Chain

We recently received an emergency call from a big food chain. They were experiencing an internal flood, and they needed our help immediately.

We dispatched one of our drainage engineers to the scene as soon as possible. Once there, we quickly assessed the situation and determined that the flood was caused by an internal blockage in the drains.

We used a CCTV drain survey to inspect the drains and confirm the blockage. We then used a high-pressure water jetter to clear the blockage. After the jetting, we used the CCTV camera to inspect the drains again and confirm that they were clear.

Once the blockage was cleared, we began the cleanup process. We used a wet vac to remove all of the water and debris from the floor and sanitised the area to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria (and make it smell better!).

The customer was very happy with the results. The flood was stopped, and the cleanup was done quickly and efficiently. The customer was also very impressed with our technicians’ professionalism and expertise. You could say they were lovin it!
