This week CDNW have ben out conducting extensive CCTV drain surveys of foul and surface water drainage systems

The comprehensive site survey included the use of GPS technology to align the collected data with the subsequent reports.

During the survey, the team discovered defective pipework within the drainage systems. These issues, if left unaddressed, had the potential to escalate into more significant problems. The identified defects required immediate attention to prevent further deterioration, potential flooding, and disruption to facilities.

Our Approach:

CDNW, equipped with advanced technology and expertise, utilised a “no dig” approach for repairs, specifically employing patch lining. This technique involves the application of durable resin-soaked liners to the damaged sections of the pipe. The cured liners create a seamless barrier, reinforcing the structural integrity of the drain without the need for extensive excavation.

Outcome:

By promptly identifying and addressing the defective pipework through patch lining, Clear Drains Northwest effectively mitigated the risk of more severe issues. This proactive approach not only saved the client from potentially costly and disruptive excavation repairs but also prevented associated risks such as flooding and the unavailability of facilities.
